course timers

This has probably been suggested before but I think timers should be added to courses on minigames. It's fun trying to get fast times on courses as there has not been much new to mg. Many other mg servers use timers and the players like the feature. If the plugins are added id be happy to zone the courses if admins are busy.

We've already tried to get this going and mentioned here however the one we tried to get custom built got pulled so we're currently trying to find something to like this again. It might take some time however we are still interested in this so do not worry.
