I've never been too good about building PCs, but at this budget, I might suggest simply buying a typical gaming laptop. I may be very wrong, but I think some prebuilt laptops can compare against some built PCs at around this price tag. I am biased, typing on a Acer Nitro 5, but it may be a better pick for you.

The 2020 version of my current laptop: Acer Nitro 5 - GTX 1050, Intel i5-9300H

A very similar competitor: Dell Inspiron 15 - GTX 1050, Intel i5 - 9300H

NotebookCheck's best pick: HP Pavilion - GTX 1050, AMD Ryzen 5 3350H

Hope this helps!

You might want to consider looking around on craigslist/facebook marketplace/etc... and look for deals in your area first instead of buying every single part and building one, especially since Covid-19 is jacking up the prices of everything due to supply shortages. But if you want to buy all your parts new the best place to look for builds would be https://pcpartpicker.com/builds/ and select your price range.

Like EpicFP said look for parts using apps or websites in your local area, you can clean and refurbish used parts which is great since they’re basically brand new after the process, you can also go on websites like pcpartpicker and the respective websites for those parts but don’t do it now since the prices are floated. Anyways, 600-800 bucks is a pretty hard budget but I’ll try my best to give you my best PC for a little outside of that price range. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/j7n2n7 PLEASE READ COMPATIBILITY NOTES
