Hi!

There is something I just don't understand. Why a T should be KOS if any other T gunplant to that first T?

Exemple : - A Ct give the order ''All T must be line-up crouch freezing facing iso and be unstacks''

- He open the cell.

- All the T are on there way to execute the orders.

- During that time, a T (T1) kill a CT and he pick-up the gun. He get kill on sight for killing a CT.

- An other T (T2) walk on the gun and pick up the gun. He (T2) got the gun on his back. He (T2) execute the orders.

- A CT order to the T (T2) to drop the gun. The CT give some seconds to the T (T2) to execute the orders

- The T (T2) drop the gun. But, he doesn't move.

- The gun bounce back and an other T (T3) pick up automatically the gun because all the T are unstacks, line-up and facing iso.

- T (T3) get immediately kill because he got a gun.

Why T3 got KOS?

Edit : The gun is a primary

If it is a primary (Ak, M4 or else), it is because as soon as a T gets a primary he is considered KOS no matter how he obtained the primary. However, if it was a pistol, this doesn't apply and the CT should have warning shoted the T3 for it.

A primary weapon will always be KOS no matter what. The main reason for not letting a T drop it is because if CTs had to wait for Ts to drop primaries they would die, and it would make the CT side harder than it already is. When stuff like this happens it's unfortunate, but it's just how it works.

Okay! Fine! The gun was a primary. Why T2 didn't get KOS?

Honestly, that's a bit brainless reason. This shouldn't happens...

If the CT is bad, he shouldn't be playing a CT. They should be playing T.

They should have been KOS, as long as the gun is a primary the T is always KOS. Sometimes (and quite rarely) if the CT has control over the situation they can allow the T to drop it, but they can still die and it would be fair.

Jailbreak can be a quite chaotic gamemode, the CT does not always have control of the situation and people will die. However, in this scenario, the T was the one at fault. If there's a rebeller or someone dropping a gun and you don't want to get shot or killed, your best bet is to step away and get away from the guns.

You can't expect the CTs to be perfect, people will make mistakes and it's bound to happen. Even the best CTs still die, regardless of their skill. Making the CT have to hesitate when a prisoner has a gun will make even the best CTs confused and helpless.

Hi! This is a common problem people have. The reason is because a T can kill CTs once they have a gun, and so to keep the CTs safe they can kill any T with a primary regardless of how they got it. We are working on a plugin to prevent auto-pickup. Hope this helps :)
