[Reviewing] !store refunds

on the Store FAQ thread it says “not currently” for refunding items. @Spooked had a good idea of making the sell price 1000 credits less than the buy price in the QandI thread. it can be kinda annoying when buying things like tracers or skin colours and not knowing how they look in game. to my knowledge the preview option doesnt work. i can understand why there havent been refunds for so long and if thats what the server wants to maintain i would suggest a compromise of having refunds but only for certain items.

and also we have a thread showing all of the store items (if the ATs have been updating it), though we probably should replace the preview function with just a link to the thread showing all the items
