[Minigames] Movement Unlocker Enable/Disable Option

It appears to me that some people think that you can't disable movement unlocker (basically sliding). There is a few plugins out there that disable the sliding and would be a great option to add to minigames so that people are able to stop sliding so much when you are trying to make a jump.

There are no ways to actually abuse this. The only circumstance this could actually cause a problem is Smash on mg_mikis_multigames. If you are hit by another player you keep your velocity in the air but it stops on the ground so it gives you a slight advantage but the game mode will still work fine because the knockback continually gets increased.
