What is DarkRP and how to play?

DarkRP is a lite version of RP, which means that nothing is strict.

You pick your job (profession), try to roleplay it, but have the freedom to do so how you think it works. ^{(use common sense)}

Choose a nice location to settle as your home, add some improvements with the help of props, etc.

 

There is an economy system, you earn money by doing your profession's job, like selling weapons, arresting thieves, etc.

And oh yeah, drugs. (But seriously, don't do drugs IRL, thx)

 

Because the gamemode is so free-to-do-what-you-want, a lot of rules are in place to prevent griefing.

Tuesday the 21st of August, on 4PM EST we will be holding a tricycle race!

 

We will be making a course on that day, going through most Urban places and the Industry zone.

Depending on the amount of participants, we might do multiple races, so no one has an advantage from starting spots.

 

For this race, there is only one rule: Be the first to reach the finish, by ONLY driving your tricycle. (So no help from props or your tools).

If we end up doing multiple races, the winners of said races will have to battle it out against each other to find the true winner!

As for the whole weekend, so starting now, and ending on Sunday the 26th of August at 8PM EST we will be holding a Base-Building event.

In the weekend, build the nicest base (do follow our ingame rules), take as many pictures of your base as you wish, and post them through this form! ^{(submissions closed)}

 

At the end of the weekend (Most likely on Monday) we will be going through the submitted forms, and choose the nicest base (in our opinion) to win a price.
