Although the guy is seen as a meme for the most part, he's one of the most genuine and kind people in the fitness industry. Whatever has lead to this point is definitely triggered by his consistent use of IGF-1 and other steroids over the past 30 years. Nonetheless, I can't say this is unexpected, however I hope he makes a recovery although I am not too certain that is likely. I have a lot of respect for the dude and am a big fan of the content he posts on his YouTube channel and Instagram page.

Dallas McCarver died a couple days ago, and now it's confirmed Rich Piana has passed as well. A very sad week for bodybuilding. Rest in peace you two.

I 100% believe Chanel as I know she would follow Rich's belief of being honest no matter what the fuck it was about. This video really brought me back to feeling the same way I did when I first heard the news of his passing. It broke my heart to see her cry here as she's seemed to have been such a positive impact on Rich's life. She was a huge part of his happiness before and after he was with Sarah. It's crazy to think that two icons in the bodybuilding industry died within only days of each other and to ways you would never expect.
