[Answered] TTT traitor bomb

Every time a bomb goes off i get a huge lagspike, and everything freezes for a second or 2. I am wondering if this is just me, and is there a fix for it.

Every time a bomb goes off i get a huge lagspike, and everything freezes for a second or 2. I am wondering if this is just me, and is there a fix for it.

I also get this lag spike when the C4 blows up but I don't think it's that big of a deal. It definelty doesn't ruin the game and I think you can just work around it. Btw, I'm pretty sure it happens because our PC's aren't the best and I don't think there is a way of fixing the lag spike. :crying:

That's probably on your side, because I don't personally experience this.

It's probably a weak video card/cpu combination on your end. Seems like the sudden rendering of the explosion itself makes your machine hiccup for a second. I would start with upgrading your vid card and cpu or try upgrading the vid card and if nothing improves go for a new cpu.
