[Answered] gif Signature

How do i have a gif as my Signature.

find a working gif and have it linked by a hosting site we have whitelisted such as imgur or gyazo. use the Insert Image button or [/img] tags in it.

I think the gyazo links are not properly whitelisted at the moment. Or something...

It likely happened when the site was undergoing all that maintenance.

Currently, when you try to inset gyazo links, they all come out as an ugly looking box that says "404 - image not found".

Ok so I just went ahead and changed my signature and tried links from both imgur/gyazo. They both worked find. If you take a look at the link you posted, that isn't a link directly to the image. you have to make sure the url uncludes something like .jpg .gif .png. Otherwise, you will get the image 404 instead.

(Normally you do this by right clicking on the image you want and select copy image address

The image in that thread is showing 404 - Image not found ?for me, have noticed it alot recently on threads as well.
