Update I can finally do this now after weeks of therapy but now I weigh 220 and have to lift less weight now

for some reason I have a third nipple is it because of the steroids cause I used to inject them into my body and plus for some reason I have a random big ass bump on my butt cheek is it normal for adults to have a third butt cheek cause I'm still in that puberty phase where everything is growing but you don't know what is growing

Day 2 ran half an hour again but ran faster and didn't throw up but had uppper back pain and my calves were hurting like a bitch because i drank 2 little fucking water
