'Freeze' is implied as staying still from the current point that you are in. So if you're crouched and you're told to 'freeze', common sense would dictate that you should stay crouched. In order for this to be as simple as possible, 'Freeze' means you cannot move your WASD keys. If you're crouched when told to freeze, stay crouched. If you're standing when told to freeze, stay standing; don't start jumping around. This eliminates mouse movement / knifing as being a violation of 'freezing'. 16 Quote Link to comment

No, the rules were like that before, the rules have only changed in the past year which is why its going back to the way it was before. I still believe when told to crouch or shift-walk somewhere, it should be implied as it was before. It's just completely stupid to have people arguing and bitching through out the game when they jump on purpose to receive 1 warning shot and not multiple.
