  1. Eagles fire Chip Kelly

I am very happy with this and was under the impression that Chip was only going to get another season if we were able to capture the division. I actually thought if we got blown out by the Pats in the game we won, he was going to get the can. Fact is, he got worse in every season he was with the team. He made some mind boggling moves. Let some really good players walk away. And didn't produce when it counted. He never did really have a QB that fit his system. What he saw in Bradford I really don't know. I'm sure Chip can do some good things if he gets a chance in Tennessee or if he goes back to college.

  6. Is WWE A Sport?

I meant to answer NO in the poll. Most people have already said it. There is internal competition with ANY job. Is being a stunt devil a sport? They get injured. They compete to get roles in movies. But it's not a sport. WWE is a form of entertainment. It's kind of like a sports movie that is dragged out over time. The wrestlers are athletic live-action actors. Like others have said, the outcomes are pre-determined. There is no actual competition. They are not actually trying to hurt each other to win the match. It's scripted for the most part, with obviously some improv in there as well. souceboss, you have some of your facts wrong when it comes backstage competition. In fact, the competition is during the live shows, except they are competing for fans reactions. WWE is a business and if your stuff (wrestling, promos, etc.) is selling to the fans, they will buy your merch. You can be the most talented guy in the ring, but if you are not getting over with the fans, you will never see a push to the top. It's just the way it is. WWE doesn't try to pretend to call itself an actual sport. It's more like sports theater. Anyways, the key word here is SCRIPTED. That alone doesn't make it a sport. There is no way you can twist and turn it to make it be a sport.

  8. NFC East

    1 down, 3 to go.
  9. NFC East

I overestimated them by predicting the Giants to win the division?
  10. NFC East

Poor Goku, so delusional. It's not going to be the Cowboys, although I do thank them for helping us out on Monday Night. But I'll include them since they are just a game back. Let's look at week by week... Week 14 Bills @ Eagles Redskins @ Bears Cowboys @ Packers Giants @ Dolphins I think Giants for sure win and Cowboys for sure lose. Redskins are winless on the road this season, but the Bears are very beatable. And the Eagles will have fans with new life for their home game. I predict the Giants, Eagles, and Redskins all to win. And the Cowboys to drop to two games back. Week 15: Bills @ Redskins Cardinals @ Eagles Panthers @ Giants Jets @ Cowboys This has the potential to be a four loss week for the division. I do think, however that either the Giants or Eagles will pull off the upset this week, which could in turn propel them for the division crown. I also think the Bills are going to upset the Skins here. Also have the Jets winning in Dallas. Week 16: Redskins @ Eagles Giants @ Vikings Cowboys @ Bills This could be a big week for the winner of the Skins/Birds game. As I think the Vikings will defeat the Giants. Can't see the Eagles losing at home to the Skins though either. Also have the Cowboys dropping another game here. Week 17: Eagles @ Giants Redskins @ Cowboys IMO, I think the division will come down to the Giants/Eagles game. And as much as I would love the Birds to win, I just think Eli will find a way in the end. I also have the Cowboys winning at home against the Skins here. Prediction for the final standings: Giants: 8-8 Eagles: 8-8 Redskins: 6-10 Cowboys: 5-11
  11. Hopefully the win over the Canucks last night is a sign of things to come. That was our most complete game of the season.
