Let's see those numbers!

 

I'll start off:

 

Bench: 240 lb (i'm weak af)

Deadlift: 450 lb

Squat: 450 lb

 

Those aren't bad numbers at all, I'm assuming you mean barbell for the bench (Still good numbers); also are we talking about 1 Rep max?

(i can't bench for shit)

Deadlift: 350

(trying to learn better form)

Squat: 385

(my most comfortable lift)

 

BW: 227 (hefty hefty hefty)

Height: 5'6.5"

Age: 17

I just hit a 225 Front Squat today in my Gym period in school. Also ripped my fucking shorts in the process while everybody was watching lmao, I pumped another rep just to please my crowd of two hicks bc its Delaware.
