Yes 'technically' a warning shot is anything that doesn't kill, but if you're doing anything but shooting at someone below the waist, you run the risk of killing someone who was previously injured or in this case...managing to shoot them in the head. -_- At that point, you're at the discretion of the player and/or admin in the server, and its probably better off to just kill yourself and avoid any potential backlash. If you don't want people dislike you when you play CT, you should slay yourself. It is like kick someone in the face during a football match and apologies it. Within reason and if it really was accidental, use your better judgement, it was an accident, slay or don't slay, its not a terribly big deal. I mean if the would-be-killer is nice and slays on his own accord, that's his choice, but really dude if it was an accident you don't need to force him to slay himself. Of course, if he does it over and over again then that's a different matter.
