If there is a last CT, how about they are able to force a deathgame for the remaining prisoners so the last CT still has a chance to win?

I think the fact that last CT doesn't have to give warning shots is enough. If the CT is aware of his surroundings and has a general sense of where the Ts are he has a good chance of lasting through the round.

Like Milk said. No warning shot requirement is enough.

If a last CT is given the ability to force a deathgame, it could easily be abused in a case where the CT could just create some convoluted deathgame that would only favor that CT (e.g. "if u dont jump u die" and then proceeding to kill those not quick enough to jump or those who dont). They'd just be milking kills.

Just to clarify this, not having to warning shot as last CT is plenty in my opinion. This is purely because not having to warning shot as last CT IS literally a death game. If you mess up, you die.
