Can we please bring the Sg Artist Rank back to the forums. People troll to much at the avatar's/sigs/spray topic, we should just leave to the people that actually take it serious and that know what they are doing

I disagree.

I don't think a rank should be made, however making useless posts in the request section shouldn't be allowed since that is where community artists can use their knowledge on, and skills with, digital art to provide the desired images that people want, it isn't for people to have a laugh about some terrible image made using paint which isn't meant to be taken seriously.

If you want to make funny images that are aimed at a request, at least make it a decent image itself or it is a waste of your own time and will lead to the request section being the equivalent of the funny pictures thread but with requests.
