[Rejected] Only be able to vote on maps based on players

For example, there would be Map List 1, 2 and 3.

If there are 0-8 players on the server, only Map List 1 (small maps) would be available to vote/nominate.

So on for 2 and 3.

It would prevent a couple players taking forever trying to find each other on a huge map, and many players being crowded in a small map.

I'm not sure if there's a plugin for this, but hopefully there is.

depending on which server, early in the morning and late at night they can be fairly empty

This is a great idea. I hate it when i play with 7 people, and they choose helms deep.
