Board of Directors meeting update.

After our small BD meeting, we've decided on a few changes proposed to us by our CA's/LG's. Firstly from now on, all admininstrator complaints will be private. This is so we can deal with complaints more effectivly, and deal with it without issues. An AO will be assigned to each admin complaint, and will PM the person who's had the complaint made against them so they have a fair chance. The person making the complaint can see the thread and still reply to it.

BAT & AAT is now mandatory for all new SG-A's, who haven't been admin before.

One last small thing, we've re-added "What servers do you usually play on?" to the admin applications, this is so we know what servers you play on, so the higher ups, and CA's, ect can hopefully meet you easier, and play on the server with you, etc.

Have fun :)

Sweet, glad those passed.

I'm a little iffy on the whole private admin complaints. What if other players have insight on the issue? How are we going to communicate and be able to address the issue?

The admin in question can "call" for support (/b/lackup) or the person who is complaining can be like "yes i was there this guy does this and this blablabla."

Really, admins shouldn't be posting unless they were there. Rarely other admins that were there need to post.
