Go to USER CP and edit Avatar and edit Signature.

go to your "User CP" on the toolbar under the main one. go to 'Settings & Options' and edit whatever you would like. you can upload a pic for your avatar and signature. plus you can edit anything else you want to in there also.

There is a forum where you can request them. There are wonderful artists who enjoy doing them. Give them time though...their lives are very busy.

You can have a sig and avatar at any time. THere is no rank attached to it.

okay ppls im a epic fail. i looked over the whole site and couldnt find user cp. omg.. i reeaaalllyyy fail. i finally found it 10 mins after i post this in tiny wording to the left by all these pther words. close and delete pls

you have to be active on the forums to get one i think. post like 20 then you should get one
