using .Dem Files

i can only post up 1 MB of .Dem files from CSS but yet i see people post 1.5 MB of .Dem...Can someone Explain how this works?...because im confused...

You might have to clear any other files you have in your Forum file cache or you can just use a file upload service like Megaupload or Rapidshare. If you use a file service, just include the link to the file.

well in kappas post it dont look like its from a Fileshare place...just a Stright forward demo and its 1.5 or sumthin and i cleared the files it still says 1MB only

Depending on other files you may have uploaded can make your ability to only post up smaller ones. Typically with demos its better to use a 3rd party host like rapid share or megaupload.

yeah im just gonna use megaupload from now on...but i have to make another post to get it to be posted...not complaining just stating that fact...thanks for your guyses help

This kind of annoys me too. I've tried to upload small demoes before with absolutely nothing else uploaded and it won't let me.

Rapidshare is what i use to upload my files, filefront is also really good

yeah its weird im just gonna use megaupload i know how to use it lol...

you can also use demoui ingame and cut your demo files down to the absolute minimum.
