Help on some configs

Hi guys. I live in portugal and i have a local gamserver. It's a multimod server but i will not publish the ip here.

I have some troubles configuring it. When we're playing deathrun, when someone activates a fan, that fun rotates really slow (slower than the normal). That happens to moving walls too.

Is there any config that can change this?

Another problem is that my server is not publishing all the say commands from the map. For example, some all in one maps sometimes do a countdown and print that countdown to the chat. Well, my server isn't printing that say commands to the chat. Something like zombie escape maps when they say "Blow the gate and blablabla". Those kind of say commands are not beeing printed.
