If I revert back to windows XP my sound drivers will go back to normal lol!!

So I figure vista cannot deal with them XD

I assume you had XP on that computer before vista? Its possible it will fix the problem, would probably mean your sound card is not vista compatable. But its also possible your sound card has gone to crap.
