Some exciting releases

Firefox 3.1 Beta 1 released, even faster, ctrl tab preview and navigation of tabs, tracemonkey javascript engine that is twice as fast as google chrome browser. Flash 10 final has been released as well. Google flash download.

To enable all of your addons that "are not compatible" do this:

-Open a new tab and type about:config in the address bar. Right click anywhere in here and select Choose New>Boolean. Make the name of your new config value extensions.checkCompatibility and set it to false.

-Make another new boolean pair called extensions.checkUpdateSecurity and set the value to false. close the tab

-Restart Firefox.

FTA: Although TraceMonkey is finally included in beta 1, the new engine isn't actually enabled by default. It is still under heavy development and it reportedly exhibits some bugs that could impact JavaScript reliability. To configure TraceMonkey in beta 1, browse to "about:config" and then toggle the "javascript.options.jit.content" variable.

I'm gonna have to try this out. I hope Forecast Fox works with this one...

yep it works, just follow the instructions for about:config so you can install firefox 3 addons.
