what about letting the community test maps on a certain day/week and having them vote? I feel like that would be better, but either way it should still be a fun contest

Decided to start messing around with hammer. Haven't done much with it before, but I think I have the basics down. If I stick with it, I may have some kind of shit map ready for this

Decided I should actually try again with my map instead of ignoring

@matt The contest banner doesn't seem to be working for me. From the vmt it looks like it's meant to be a decal, but applying it as either a decal or texture just creates a black empty image for me.

Edit: Changing it to function as a normal texture seems to work. I'll just do that.
