Surfing Tournament

Just a small idea, I suggest there be a surf tournament to bring popularity to the surf server.

If a surf tournament was held, I have a general idea for the grouping and style.

Type: Tournament

Style: Groups

Players: 16, precisely

How this will work:

- There will be two groups, groups A and B. There will be 8 players in each group to start (Let's call this stage round of 16). The top 4 from each group will advance to the next round (Quarter Finals). In the quarter finals, The top 2 players from each group will advance to the semi finals. In the semi finals, the first two finishers in each group of the quarter finals will be joined into one group. The first 2 finishers of that group will advance to the finals. In the finals, there will be the top two competitors, and they will race to see who finishes first, just as the other rounds. The first finisher will be crowned the winner.

- The round of 16 will be played on a Tier 1 map, and the quarter and semi finals will be player on Tier 2 maps. The final will be played on a Tier 3 map.

Rules:

- No cheating

- No admin sabotage

- No use of !ihateyou in any way shape or form.

Prize:

1st: Cheap ($5) skin?

2nd: Raffle points?

3rd: Half the raffle points of 2nd?

YEah this seems like a terrible idea. It'd just be between 2 or 3 people whilst the rest doesnt stand a chance xd

I don't pay any attention on reddit, I literally just say ideas that come to my head if they seem somewhat sensible.
