jb_waterside removal

So, I noticed this new map and tried to get on it, and when it finally happened, it was utter chaos.

Everyone was confused, noone knew where the cells were, how to get there, how to open them.

Negev spam everywhere causing constant noise.

T's spawning in and infront of the armory out of nowhere (yay, vents, but wtf)

and its just not a prison break map imo. doesnt look the part, doesnt act the part.

First round I managed to finally get down to the cells, walked around a bit and got stuck in the floor for no apparent reason.

Also, we RTVed off this map almost instantly
